HO Hai Quang

Economist, musician and Founder-President of ORANGE DIHOXYN.



Born in Vietnam, Quang emigrated to France when he was 8. He now lives in Reunion Island (France).

As an economist, he used to be an Associate Professor (Maître de Conférences) at the Universities of Reims and La Reunion. He is now a researcher at the CERESUR.

In 2005-2007, he was a member of the Technical Committee responsible for the Sustainable Development Plan for Reunion Island.
